Hot Pot Carrying Hook (534)
This carrying hook is just right for carrying a cooking pot or Dutch Oven from a campfire over to a picknic table. Upside-down, it can also be used to hang a free-range toddler in a tree.
The folded over center connection may be forge welded.

This is a nice version of a forged iron bracket. This one cheats a bit by using arc welded joints. Never-the-less, the concept shown here is excellent.
